How do I place an order?

Click on the item that you are interested in and you will be taken to the next screen with more detail of the item along with 'Add to Cart' and 'Checkout' options

Do you ship abroad?

If you would like us to ship the item abroad we will be happy to do so. Just send us an email and let us know the item or items that you are interested in and we will let you know the postage and packing for that or those items. We will then send you a Paypal invoice for the total cost of the goods.

What if I am unhappy with my product and want a refund?

All items are described as accurately as possible however, if your puchase was wrongly described in the listing or if you decide within seven days that you no longer want the item after all we can arrange a refund. The goods must be properly packaged and in the same condition that we sent it to you. You will be responsible for the return postage. On receipt of the goods we will refund you.

Can i collect?

You can arrange for collection if you so wish. You will need to contact us beforehand to arrange a suitable time.

What postage method do you use?

We use Royal Mail 2nd class for lower priced items and Special Delivery with insurance for higher priced items. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
